退款政策

If you wish to initiate a return, kindly contact us at returns@hanstudio-toronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with the return address. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns address. Returns shipped after this period will be accepted at our discretion.

• Jewellery which has been returned in the original packaging and is unworn will be refunded.
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
• Please note items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly reach out to us at info@hanstudio-toronto.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All items are not covered by a lifetime warranty.

 

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. HANSTUDIO-TORONTO reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at info@hanstudio-toronto.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will initiate a refund for your order, deducting a minor service fee for the transaction.

This 24-hour window is vital, as our items are crafted on a made-to-order basis, and production commences promptly.

Please be aware that an order is only officially cancelled when you receive a confirmation email verifying your cancellation request.
